  • At Kalu Interiors, we’re proud to offer fast, free, and guaranteed delivery within 72 business hours for all Metro Melbourne orders over $2,500.

    For orders under $2,500, we provide a reliable standard delivery service, arriving within 3–5 business days across Metro Melbourne.

    Deliveries to Regional Victoria typically arrive within 3–8 business days.

    *Please note delivery delays can occur particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.

  • Shipping to interstate locations generally takes 3–8 business days.

    If you need your order sooner, we can quote you based on an express option. Please reach out to our friendly team and we will be happy to assist.

  • Our shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your selected items.

    For customers in Victoria, standard shipping is capped at a maximum of $49.

    For interstate orders, standard shipping is capped at a maximum of $99.

  • Kalu Interiors delivers to all states and territories across Australia, servicing both metro and regional areas.

    Please note that for extremely remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery may not always be feasible. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order, or contact you directly to discuss alternative courier options.

  • Unfortunately due to the size of our items, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. If we receive an order to a PO box, we will arrange an alternative delivery address when we call you to confirm delivery.

  • When an order is placed, we will call you to confirm a delivery time at least 24 hours prior to your delivery. Please note if a delivery needs to be rescheduled, we need to know at least 24 hours beforehand. If a delivery needs to be rescheduled after this time frame or no one is present at home, a $90 dollar reschedule fee is applicable.

  • Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you do have a specific time required for delivery, we will try our best to accommodate it.

  • Currently, we only offer assembly and rubbish removal services for deliveries within Victoria.

  • We offer free pick up by appointment from our warehouse in Pascoe Vale. Our product descriptions contain the sizes of all the boxes for our items. If you are unsure about an item fitting in your vehicle, please call us and we will endeavour to help.

  • For all orders, we’ll provide you with a tracking number or delivery update, allowing you to easily monitor your order’s progress.

  • Warranty / Returns

  • We offer a warranty on all our products in addition to any consumer laws rights you are entitled to. The warranty is different for each product, you may read our full warranty terms on our warranty’s and return section.

  • If your product comes damaged or defective, we have a 24 hour window to submit any claims. Please notify Kalu Interiors as soon as possible 24 hours after delivery to inform us of any damages or defects.

  • We have a 7 day return period for our items. Please look at our returns policy under our return policy section in our website.

  • Order Questions

  • We can facilitate the holding of your order for up to two months after the order is placed. After this period, a 5% fee of the order value will be charged for each additional month the item needs to be stored.

  • You can add an item to your order up to 24 hours before delivery. Payment for the items as well as any delivery costs will be need to be paid prior to the scheduled delivery.

  • We do offer a slight discount for goods of commercial quantities. Please contact our team to discuss this further.

  • We can facilitate the viewing of any furniture items in our warehouse in Pascoe Vale. Please feel free to email or call us if you wish to do so.
