Return Policy

Kalu Interiors Return Policy

At Kalu Interiors, we are dedicated to providing you detailed photos and accurate descriptions of our items to help you make the right decision. We do have a 7 day return policy in the case that you change your mind.

For change of mind returns, please note that the item must:

• Be in its original packaging
• Be unused
• Be unassembled

We do require that the customer will need to pay for:

• Return delivery fees of the item (Unless the customer is dropping the item off). We can provide a quote for the return through our courier.
• A 20% restocking fee if the items have been unwrapped from their original packaging.
• A further 10% restocking fee is applicable in the case that the item have been assembled.
• The initial delivery fee charged in the order is a non-refundable amount.
